Scope
This policy applies to all remote services (such as football technical consultations, workshops, and online training) and all digital products (such as educational files, technical content, and training videos).
Return Period
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase and before the service begins or the digital product is downloaded/accessed.
Eligible Cases
If the customer is unable to access the purchased digital content after payment.
If the service or digital file is defective or does not match the description provided on the website.
If a consultation appointment is canceled by us or not delivered at the scheduled time.
Exclusions
Once the consultation session has started or the digital product has been downloaded/opened, no returns or refunds will be issued unless it is defective or not as described.
Fees for customized services or products cannot be refunded once the work has commenced.

We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots) if the matter concerns defective digital content.
We will process the exchange or refund within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Costs
If the issue is on our side, we will cover all related costs.
If the cancellation is requested by the client before the service begins or the product is downloaded, an administrative fee of 10% may apply.
