1. Registration & Usage
By registering for any HADDAF Elite services (courses, workshops, mentorship programs), you agree to the terms outlined below.
Content may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without official written consent.
2. Payment & Financial Policy
All fees must be paid in full before the start of any service.
No refunds will be issued once the program has started, except in exceptional cases approved by the administration.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
Appointments must be booked in advance through the platform’s calendar.
Any session canceled less than 24 hours in advance will not be rescheduled.
In case of technical issues or emergencies from the coach’s side, a make-up session will be offered.
4. Privacy
All user data and personal information are treated with strict confidentiality.
Some evaluation results or videos may be used anonymously for educational or promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants (players and coaches) are expected to engage respectfully and seriously during all programs.
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without compensation.
