سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال/الاسترداد – هـدف

نطاق السياسة:

هذه السياسة تنطبق على جميع الخدمات المقدمة عن بُعد (مثل الاستشارات الفنية في كرة القدم، ورش العمل، التدريب عبر الإنترنت) وجميع المنتجات الرقمية (مثل الملفات التعليمية، المحتوى الفني، الفيديوهات التدريبية).

المدة الزمنية:

يمكن طلب استرداد أو استبدال الخدمة أو المنتج الرقمي خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء وقبل البدء في تقديم الخدمة أو تنزيل/الوصول إلى المنتج الرقمي.

الحالات المقبولة:

إذا لم يتمكن العميل من الوصول إلى المحتوى الرقمي بعد الدفع.

إذا كانت الخدمة أو الملف الرقمي معيبًا أو لا يطابق الوصف المقدم على الموقع.

إذا تم إلغاء موعد الاستشارة من طرفنا أو لم نقدمها في الوقت المحدد.

الاستثناءات:

بمجرد بدء الجلسة الاستشارية أو تنزيل/فتح المنتج الرقمي، لا يحق الإرجاع أو الاسترداد إلا إذا كان هناك خلل أو عدم تطابق مع الوصف.

لا تُسترد المبالغ المدفوعة مقابل الخدمات أو المنتجات المخصصة حسب طلب العميل بعد بدء تنفيذها.

قد نطلب رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة وأدلة (صور أو تسجيل شاشة) إذا كان الأمر يتعلق بمحتوى رقمي معيب.

سنقوم بالاستبدال أو إصدار الاسترداد خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

التكاليف:إذا كانت المشكلة من طرفنا، يتحمل المتجر جميع الرسوم.

إذا كان الإلغاء بطلب من العميل قبل بدء الخدمة أو تنزيل المنتج، قد تُخصم رسوم إدارية بنسبة ٪10.

 

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – HADDAF

Scope:
This policy applies to all remote services (such as football technical consultations, workshops, and online training) and all digital products (such as educational files, technical content, and training videos).

Return Period:
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase and before the service begins or the digital product is downloaded/accessed.

Eligible Cases:

If the customer is unable to access the purchased digital content after payment.
If the service or digital file is defective or does not match the description provided on the website.
If a consultation appointment is canceled by us or not delivered at the scheduled time.
Exclusions:

Once the consultation session has started or the digital product has been downloaded/opened, no returns or refunds will be issued unless it is defective or not as described.
Fees for customized services or products cannot be refunded once the work has commenced.

We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots) if the matter concerns defective digital content.
We will process the exchange or refund within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Costs:

If the issue is on our side, we will cover all related costs.
If the cancellation is requested by the client before the service begins or the product is downloaded, an administrative fee of 10% may apply.
